Thank you to the La Jolla Indian Reservation for allowing us to use some of your beautiful 16,000 acres for biking. The trials you’ve created at the @luisenobikepark are the best downhill I’ve ridden in Southern California! We rode after a rainy week so the hero dirt was on point and the vibes were happy all day.

Totally worth riding in the back of a truck like cattle to get to these beautiful downhills.

My intention for 2025 is to create and to participate in meaningful, intentional community.

I keep hearing from women over and over and over again: we are all craving community.

I hosted a client appreciation event last week, where my favorite people came to gather. It feels great to create the community that I am seeking, to be with women who build eachother up.

I spent my weekend with Keri Murphy and her team, where we did some deep mastermind work with the ladies of her Hive Summit. These were women that came from all over the country to spend two days together, working on our business businesses and helping each other level up.
