Monica and Faye of FC Properties wanted portraits that featured them as a real estate team.
These two woman are a perfect team because they both bring a vast amount of experience and connections to their business. Faye has been in the San Diego real estate business for much of her career, and Monica recently shifted in to real estate. So by teaming up together, they are perfectly equipped to help their clients buy or sell homes with that personal attention which is so important in the real estate process.
FC Properties is an independent North County Real Estate office, specializing in properties in the San Diego area.
When we talked about the style of clothing, Monica told me she loves jewel tones and that immediately resonated with me. I really love when someone knows what appeals to them, and what kind of clothing they like to wear. This really helps inform the whole shoot.
We did their portraits at the beautiful Leo Carrillo Ranch in Carlsbad, which is lush with color and old-style charm. Faye knows that location well, her daughter was married there and used to work there – so it’s a familiar location for her!
I loved watching these two together – it gave me an idea of how they are as a team. They are so easy going and really are warm and supportive towards one another. I can tell from my time with them, that their clients will be in great hands with them!!
