McKenzie Santimer has spent most of her career as a gemologist and museum curator for the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), THE institution that came up with the “4 C’s” (us diamond lovers know what this means!) 

Recently she left her 20 year career at GIA and began her entrepreneurial journey, offering her service as a jewelry concierge and jewelry designer at McK Metal. 

McKenzie works with clients who need jewelry appraised, re-imagined, created, or repaired. And she also provides consulting to help you evaluate your jewelry so know what it’s worth. Her tagline is “reinvent, repurpose, rock it”.
