When I photograph families with little kids, I LOVE interviewing them on video. I ask them to tell me their age and their name (or in this case, four-year-old Finely gave me all of her names: Finley Ella Adeline Stabler!) And I ask the kiddos to tell me what they love about their mom and dad — which always leads to priceless nuggets of cuteness.
The Stabler Family recently moved to Oceanside, California from Denver. Deuce and Beth have two adorable daughters, Finley and Lennon. And since Lennon can’t talk yet, Finely was happy to make an introduction on her behalf.
We met at a park in Oceanside and Finely and her dad spent much of the time running around and playing together. And, as you’ll see in the video and the photos, they climbed many of the trees. What little girl wouldn’t love climbing trees with her dad??!!
The love that this family has for each other is so sweet to witness. I really enjoyed watching Beth and Deuce with their two girls, their affection is contagious — I certainly came away from our time together a happier person!!
These videos that I make for families are meant to capture them at this time in their lives. Because we all know kids grow up and change so quickly. Don’t you just want to bottle them up and make them stay young and adorable forever? Ok, so maybe a video is the next best thing 🙂
