La Costa Living Magazine | Klawans Family | San Diego Portrait Photographer

This month’s Featured Family for La Costa Living Magazine is the Klawans Family. Originally this family is from Baltimore, but they now call Carlsbad their home.

Ken and Emily Klawans love living in the La Costa Oaks neighborhood, and I was able to spend time with them at their beautiful home to capture their family bond. Their sons, Hunter and Spencer, are so easy to like – they are both a combination of perfect gentlemen and laid back California kids.

This family enjoys spending time together, and there are a lot of laughs and fooling around. I loved being around them because I can see how much they adore each other.

Hunter was home on a break from college at the University of Arizona when we took these photos. However, Spencer and the dog, Kobe, are still at home to keep Ken and Emily from being empty nesters.  🙂

Ken is in the mortgage and private equity business. Emily is a personal fashion stylist, and we immediately hit it off and have started to talking about how we can collaborate together. I am excited to see what we can create, stay tuned because I’ll share more here on my blog!
