I got to photograph each of these women who were selected as leaders in the Tradeshow industry, at the gorgeous property at the @fairmontgranddelmar

This is always a highlight for me!! I love all of these bright, driven, wise women. Grateful that I get to help put them in the spotlight.

It’s an honor to serve on the board for Mileston

It’s an honor to serve on the board for Milestone House, a home for teen foster girls in Oceanside. Beverly started this home in 1992 as a safe loving home for teens in the foster system.

These kids are not orphans, but they are survivors of trauma, who have been taken from their families and have nowhere else to go. The Home that Beverly has created, provides a stable and loving environment for kids who need structure, mental health support and adults who care for them.

Each Christmas Beverly’s mission is to provide these girls with the best Christmas they’ve ever had. Often Christmas brings up feelings of sadness or loss for these kids. Beverly’s mission is to give them new memories for Christmas and to start the path of healing.

Every year she asks the girls what they want for Christmas and the community provides gifts that they can open on Christmas morning. If you’re interested in contributing to help make a foster teen girl’s Christmas morning one of the best ever… visit milestonehouse.org to donate!!

I got to witness this knowledge put to the test as we spent time on the grounds of the Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, during the height of the super bloom.

Patty is dedicated to the sustainable movement and I have gotten to know her through Naturally San Diego organization, a group that builds a flourishing ecosystem for natural products and services in San Diego.

It didn’t take us long to know we were like-minded and had much in common. It was a pleasure for me to photograph Patty in her “native habitat”!

Happy birthday to @safarikay who is celebrating in a big way today!! Not only is Kay thriving, healthy, happy and surrounded by people who love her, she’s still working and making multiple trips to Africa and other parts of the world.

After retiring she started her own travel business, with a speciality of creating beautiful safari experiences in Tanzania. If you’re looking to do a safari trip you HAVE to work with Kay! She has a whole team of people in Africa who work with her while she’s there. She’s got it dialed in and knows how to create a luxury experience with the help of African locals.

Kay you’re my inspiration and a friend!! Cheers to you as you ring in a new decade!!
