Video Tip: How to strike a flattering pose in photos
I call this move the “Slender-izer”
I’m letting you in on a photographer’s posing tip. It’s quite simple, and it’s guaranteed to give you a more flattering body shape in photos.
And let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to look their best in a photo?
You know how people say the camera adds 10 pounds? Well, in some instances it’s true. That’s because whatever is closer to the camera lens appears bigger.
But, lucky for us, we can easily correct that!
It’s all about shifting your weight to the back hip. Check out this video to see how to do this. I got my mom to pose for me so I could show you exactly what I mean – and now she knows what to do next time she’s in a photo.
Now, it’s your turn – try this move the next time you have your picture taken.

Hi Barb, thanks for the comment. Glad you liked it — and I will tell my mom you said hello. 🙂
