Brand photos for Carly Cruickshank, White Space Design
When I met Carly at a Naturally San Diego event I was immediately impressed that she was a photographer, a graphic designer, and a website designer. A triple threat.
Her business, White Space Design, offers all three services in an elegant and visually stunning way. Her product photography is truly impressive! She’s worked for several product companies, including Carlsbad-based Chuao Chocolates where her photography makes their creative recipes look even more scrumptious.
Carly’s vision was to capture herself in a white space with a pop of color — with HER being the pop of color. I photographed her at my studio, as she recreated a photo session of her capturing product photography.
This collaboration was especially fun for me because Carly brought such a clear vision for her photos to the process. Her design sense was alive and tuned in the whole shoot.
