This year I brought on TWO amazing women to help me in my business.
I would like to officially introduce you to my team!
Laura is my studio manager. She’s is an incredibly talented photographer and creative powerhouse. She’s also a mom to her 6 year old girl.
Ever since Laura agreed to join me in my business I’ve been so grateful for her collaboration and all of the work she’s done behind the scenes to make my life easier
Laura’s many roles include helping me stay organized on the back end (invoicing, contracts, client workflows), she helps me retouch photos and she assists me at photoshoots while also keeping me laughing with her quick and effortless sense of humor.
She’s also a creative genius and knows her way around a toolbox which gets much respect from me since that’s not my zone of genius.
When Laura joins me at photoshoots she always steps in front of the camera when I’m testing the lighting, and here are some of the hilarious results from my “light test model”.
Lizbeth is my assistant who takes care of my social media, email newsletters, blogging and many other tasks that I used to do all by myself.
Before I brought on Lizbeth, I used to do these tasks inconsistently and without any strategy, juggling too many to-do’s and not doing any of them really well.
Lizbeth’s strengths are in social media management, however her skill set goes way beyond that. She’s the kind of person who “gets it” without much hand holding or managing by me … what a gift!
I met Lizbeth when she was ending her senior year of high school. She already knew she wanted to start a virtual assistant business (as a senior!) she came to me for photos to use for her website and social media. I became one of her first clients.
