Heidi Wilson is an Oceanside realtor with years of experience as a mortgage professional. After deciding to shift the focus of her business to the real estate market, we had a powerful conversation about her brand. Here’s the result of that conversation:

Heidi has raised her 17-year old son in Oceanside and she’s deeply connected to this community — including being a proud water polo mom.

She wanted to know how to position herself in a saturated market of realtors. After talking with her, this surfaced as her differentiator: she is the Oceanside community. And she has a strong background in mortgages so she knows exactly what it takes to compete in this competitive real estate market. 

She is able to buy and sell residential real estate throughout California, however, she’s really an Oceanside expert. She knows the neighborhoods and the schools and can give an insider’s perspective on this market. This is her super power and will help set her apart from the sea of real estate professionals.
