I love shooting large family portraits!! This family was all together celebrating Easter and they used this opportunity to get a family portrait.

Joyce is the matriarch of the family, and she has 4 daughters who each have their own family. This group has remained close-knit and love being together for holidays and family celebrations. There was lots of laughing and joking among this group. I took some video to capture this family’s easy and fun vibe.

I noticed that Joyce’s family all took turns taking care of her and making sure she was happy and comfortable. It was very sweet to watch this interaction. And now she has 4 great-grandchildren – what a lucky woman to have a large family all close by.

After the photo shoot, the family all went back to enjoy their Easter celebration and to eat the candy scored during the Easter egg hunt.
