As the founder of Khemura Wellness, the core of Rashida’s therapy offering is self-compassion. She wants her clients to feel seen and heard and understood. 

What Rashida offers is a marriage of spirituality and formal therapy training.

By bringing non-traditional, esoteric aspects like astrology, Tarot cards, and spirituality into her therapy sessions, Rashida unapologetically leans into the universe and nature and seamlessly weaves this into her practice. 

Tarot can help give Rashida guidance during her therapy sessions. It’s a way for her clients to open a deeper connection with themselves and their higher power. This allows Rashida and her clients to tap into their innate wisdom to be more confident self-healers.

Rashida was born into a family of naturopathic-minded herbalists but also with traditional Christianity. This mix of elements and leaders and women who influenced Rashida, helped her embrace this identity early in life.
