Beth is candid and vulnerable and loving. She is a Mama, a wife, a sister and friend. She is an artist.
She started a company called Find The Happy Now, as an outlet for her art and for her desire to spread the message that we can find happiness each day, even when the days feel extra dark. She created a line of t-shirts for adults and children that promote the message of finding the happy.
Mental illness plays a role in her life and some days, she admits, it’s hard for her to find her happy. But it’s imperative. For Beth, for all of us, to find that happy where we can.
She explains that when she shifts her focus from negativity to positivity, she feels better. And yes there are days it feels impossible, but she keeps working at it.
A portion of each sale goes to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. An organization that saves lives and one in which she truly believes in.
See her line of shirts, made from conscious vendors in sweatshop free factories, and share the happy in your life!
