Viasat Executive headshots

I worked with the Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications team at Viasat to provide updated, modern headshots for their entire executive team for use in their annual report.

We created these photos in the atrium of their beautiful, new building at their Carlsbad, CA headquarters.

Typically when I do headshots I work autonomously, but this shoot was different. The creative team had a vision — they wanted modern headshots that included the atrium elements blurred out in the background. I did a test shoot with the marketing team to get the look exactly right before the executives stepped in front of my camera.

And I was also lucky enough to have their VP of Corporate Communications at this shoot giving me feedback on each executive’s personality and position with the company to ensure that we hit the right note with expression and tone.
